Merchandise is shipped insured by UPS, or FED EX. Charges are by weight. Oversize packages are charged a packing fee. Some furniture items must be shipped by truck and esitmates will be provided before shipping. Most items ship within 1 day to 1 week. Items made to order take 4 to 6 weeks and will be confirmed when ordered.

Returns: Sale items and made to order items are not returnable. In stock items can be exchanged for other items or refunded less 15% restocking fee. Customer must pay all shipping & packing costs.
